The service
Thumos is an identity-first habit tracking application for Android and iOS. It helps users build lasting habits by connecting daily actions to personal identity.
The service is provided "as is". While we work to keep Thumos reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Account
You must create an account to use Thumos. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and billing
Thumos offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. The following applies to Pro subscribers:

- Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- To cancel, manage your subscription in your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store per their respective policies
- Prices may change. You will be notified before any price change takes effect
Free tier limits
The free tier allows up to 5 active habits and 7 days of progress history. Premium features including AI suggestions, accountability partner, keystone insights, blueprint map, and habit graduation require a Pro subscription.
Artificial intelligence
Thumos uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalised habit suggestions for Pro subscribers. By using AI features, you acknowledge that relevant habit data is processed by Anthropic's API to generate these suggestions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI-generated suggestions are informational only and do not constitute professional health, medical, or psychological advice.
User content
You retain ownership of the habit names, identity statements, and other content you create in Thumos. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.
You must not use Thumos to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Intellectual property
All app content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of Marko Stankovic. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.

Disclaimer of warranties
Thumos is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that habit suggestions will produce any specific outcome. Use of the app is at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marko Stankovic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Thumos.
Termination
You may stop using Thumos at any time by deleting the app and requesting account deletion. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia, subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations for users in the European Economic Area.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
